Chef Benjamin Lindquist
Chef Benjamin Lindquist's passion for cooking ignited at age 17 when he started working after school at a local Italian eatery making dough for pizzas and breads and then baking them in a wood fired oven. After leaving the family eatery he expanded his skills and knowledge through working at various clubs, restaurants, large lodges, and the MGM Grand located in Las Vegas. His experiences and continued passion for the art of cuisine drove him to pursue a formal education in the culinary arts. In 2000, Chef Benjamin Lindquist graduated with an Associates and also received a Bachelors degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. From his first position as a prep-cook to becoming the Executive Chef of a multi-million dollar company he has always strived to bring quality food to the table. Today, it is his sincerest pleasure to offer you delicious, quality food at Amestoy Grill, his first independent business opportunity.
